- 4 slice of soaked dried bread or barley rusk
- 2 big tomatoes
- 100 gr. Cretan cream cheese or feta cheese
- olives or/and capers
- olive oil
- oregano
- salt

On the top of the barley rusk put some olive oil, grated tomato, above the tomato, Cretan cream cheese or feta cheese, olives or capers, salt and oregano.
