What’s better than homemade meatballs?
Easy meatball recipe you'll never want to be without.

I N G R E D I E N T S
- 400 gr. pound ground beef
- 300 gr. pound ground pork
- 1 onion finely chopped
- bread, crust removed, 2 slices, soaked into the milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp freshly chopped Rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- flour and oil for frying
- oregano
- salt, pepper
M E T H O D
In a bowl, mix all the indredients. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Knead the mixture very well. Refrigerate, at least, 1-2 hours. Roll into small meatballs. Coat in flour. Fry in hot olive oil and then drain on a paper towel. Sprain them with a lemon juice.
Ready for serving!
