Breakfast with yogurt and fruit will provide the body with the required amount of energy and will be a wonderful start to your day!

   1. BEAUTY SALAD  

I N G R E D I E N T S:  3 tbsp. of oat flakes, yoghurt, 100 gr. strawberry, 1 kiwi, 2-3 Koum Kwat, honey.

2. YOGURT WITH FIGS

I N G R E D I E N T S: yoghurt, one fig, 1 tbsp. of honey.

3. YOGURT WITH GRANOLA, NUTS AND FRUIT


I N G R E D I E N T S:  yoghurt, 1 strawberry, 1 kiwi, 2 tbsp. of mixture of muesli, dried fruit, pumpkin seeds and nuts.

4. HONEY DELIGHT

I N G R E D I E N T S: yoghurt, 3 tbsp. of muesli, 3 tbsp. of honey.

 5. YOGHURT  MOUSSE WITH NUTS AND KIWI

 

I N G R E D I E N T S: 200 gr. Greek yoghurt,  4 teaspoons of sugar, 4 egg yolks, juice of 1 lemon, 1 kiwi, nuts, peppermint.
M E T H O D: In a mixer we beat the fresh cream with the sugar and the egg yolks making a topping cream. We add the yoghurt and the lemon juice. We fill each bowl and we put them in the fridge for 1 hour. We serve with nuts, leaves of fresh peppermint and kiwi cut in cubes.
